This elegant historic home, dating from the late 18th century and now finely restored, is nestled in the green countryside of Gubbio, a few kilometers from Gubbio. Once the summer residence of a local noble family, it fascinates for the refinement of its interiors decorated with original frescoes and stuccoes and for the charming centuries-old park that surrounds it.

Within the property there are also characteristic stone farmhouses dating back to the 14th century, completely restored, located at the foot of Mount Faeto, along the charming Franciscan Trail. This small hamlet consists of three independent apartments, each with direct access to the large communal garden and swimming pool.

APARTMENTS:

Apartment of about 70 sq m located in the main building, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which is en suite), living room with sofa bed and balcony, separate kitchenette.

• Sister Moon
Apartment of about 70 square meters, also inside the main building. It has two double bedrooms with private bathrooms, living room with sofa bed, small laundry room with toilet and independent kitchenette.

• Friar Wolf
Apartment of about 40 square meters distributed on two levels, inside an ancient medieval tower. On the ground floor are living room with kitchenette and sofa bed; upstairs, double bedroom with bathroom.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The facility offers a total of 10 rooms, including 9 doubles and 1 twin, all with private bathrooms (6 with bathtub, 1 with shower and bathtub, 3 with shower). Extra beds are available upon request. Each room is equipped with satellite TV, telephone, safe, hairdryer, air conditioning and heating.
